Pilot conditions.

Target pilot opening: February 1, 2027. Timing may change as we complete development and validation. We will confirm your company’s start date individually.

Who can participate

We’re inviting up to three commercial sign companies whose projects fit the available workflows and supported jurisdictions. Selection considers geographic fit, project types and willingness to actively evaluate the platform. An inquiry does not guarantee selection or reserve a place.

What’s included

• 60 days of free pilot access, starting when your company’s pilot account is activated.
• Up to 10 employee users per company.
• Up to five new projects during the 60-day evaluation.
• Guided onboarding and direct support.
• Up to 30 additional days to finish projects started during the pilot. New projects cannot be started during this completion period.

Required feedback and participation

The free pilot is an active collaboration. Each company must:

• Designate a primary contact to coordinate feedback from its team.
• Attend a 30-minute feedback call every two weeks during the 60-day evaluation—approximately four calls per company.
• Use CreyArc on suitable projects and come prepared to discuss findings, problems, workflow friction and suggested improvements.
• Report significant issues promptly rather than waiting for the next call.

Calls will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. If your contact cannot attend, please arrange a replacement time. Companies that repeatedly miss calls or do not participate may have their free pilot access ended after notice and an opportunity to reconnect. This does not authorize immediate deletion of company data; data handling and closure arrangements will be addressed in the pilot agreement.

What to expect

CreyArc is in development. Features and geographic coverage will evolve, and some workflows may require assistance or manual steps. We will confirm the available scope before you begin. CreyArc supports research and permit preparation; permitting authorities determine applicable requirements and approvals.

No obligation to subscribe

The pilot is free. Continuing afterward is optional and requires a separate paid subscription agreement. Pilot participation does not automatically start a paid subscription. Any future founding discount will be confirmed in writing before you choose a paid plan.

Before onboarding

Selected companies will receive a separate pilot agreement covering account access, confidentiality, business data, support, suspension and account closure. We will explain data export, retention and deletion arrangements before you enter real business records. These public conditions summarize the proposed pilot; the agreement accepted at onboarding will govern participation.
