About this website
This public website introduces CreyArc, software being developed for commercial sign companies, and lets businesses inquire about early access and the founding customer pilot. These terms describe use of the marketing website. Access to the CreyArc application, pilot participation and paid subscriptions will be governed by separate agreements.
Early access and availability
The target pilot opening is February 1, 2027. This is a target, not a guaranteed availability date. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, guarantee selection, book a demo or call, or commit either party to a purchase. We will confirm participation and timing directly.
Product information, pricing and coverage
Product descriptions include features in development. We will confirm the features and jurisdiction coverage available to a participating company before onboarding. Proposed prices are informational; there is no checkout on this website and no charge is authorized by an inquiry. Any paid service requires a separate agreement.
The Founding Customer Pilot conditions explain the proposed evaluation, limits and required feedback calls. The agreement accepted at onboarding governs actual participation.
Sign-code and permitting information
Website information is general product information, not a site-specific code determination, legal advice or engineering service. Geographic coverage does not guarantee every sign type, overlay or exception is supported. Property conditions and local requirements can vary or change. The permitting authority determines requirements and approvals, and CreyArc does not guarantee permit approval.
Inquiries and privacy
Provide accurate business contact information and share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, payment card details or confidential customer documents in an initial inquiry. The questionnaire prepares a message for you to send through your email service; preparing it does not submit it to CreyArc. The Privacy Policy explains website information handling.
Website content and acceptable use
You may review the website and share links for legitimate business purposes. CreyArc’s original branding, text, graphics and other original website content remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing the website does not grant ownership or a right to reuse our branding as your own. Do not impersonate another person, send abusive or unlawful material, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free content. External websites and email services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not imply that a government authority or external provider endorses CreyArc.
Updates and contact
We may update website content and these terms as the product develops. Changes will be reflected in the date above. Website updates do not replace a separate agreement you have accepted.
